Young American Sensation Cory Gauff sets high goals for 2019. She is only 14, and she`s made her professional debut in May at a Florida tournament with a prize pool of $ 25, 000. Since then, she has played in three ITF races, winning two games from the main circuit.

The teenager also participated in the US Open qualifiers but lost in the first round by Heather Watson.

I want to be a good professional athlete. My goal for the next year is to enter the top 100 of the WTA, the youngest tennis player with high scores is categorical. Gauf is currently number 869 in the world.

The American had an unbelievable 2018 year in which she won the title of Roland Garros` single singles and the US Open`s doubles trophy. The season ended with the title of Orange Bowl -;the unofficial world tennis championship for talents from 12 to 18 years of the highest category A.

At the start of the race my father told me:This is probably your last youth tournament. Play as you would like to be remembered. That`s what I thought. People mostly associate me with the fact that I always fight. Even when I was losing, I said to myself:So I want to be remembered, at least in tennis. Let`s see what the next chapter will bring me, said Cory Gaouf.

Despite the American ambitions for 2019, it is still unclear how many tournaments advised by questions for fixed football matches it will be able to play.
